Tasting note
Clear, bright pale gold; notes of green apple, straw, cereal and mild peat lead into a subtly sweet under layer of honey, apricot and marzipan on the nose; on the palate it is full bodied and hot, with flavours that repeat the aromas and a finish of salt water and honey.
