Tasting note

Created by legendary 'flying winemaker' Michel Rolland, this blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Agiorgitiko is rich, decadent and quite well structured. Oodles of woodsmoke, plum sauce, chocolate cake and blackcurrant jelly flesh out an opulent and mouthfilling wine. The finish is long and gloriously smoky. Pair with chargrilled beef or mutton skewers with bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic and herbs. (Vintages panel, May 2017)

Under the cherry-red colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this dry, full-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases firm tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.
