Tasting note

From the depths of Central Otago in New Zealand comes this intensely structured, biodynamically farmed Pinot Noir. After spending 18 months in French Oak the focused, taut nose is aromatic with a spicy minerality overlying the complex fruit notes. Ripe dark cherry and a polished tannic structure convey a sense of pure elegance to the palate; slowly fading into a satisfying memory.
