Tasting note
(roughly 45% each of chardonnay and pinot noir, with 10% pinot meunier; L63PZ109352): Vivid yellow. Fresh pear and yellow apple on the perfumed nose and in the mouth. In a chewy, expansive style, but with good clarity and thrust. The pear note repeats on the persistent finish, which leaves notes of toasty lees, iodine and honeysuckle behind. Score - 90. (Josh Raynolds, International Wine Cellar, Dec. 2013)
This dry straw yellow sparkling wine features medium empyreumatic, spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers fine and persistent bubbles. Discover this medium-bodied sparkling wine expressing lively acidity and offering a broad texture.
Delicate yet complex, fresh and well-balanced with hints of citrus and white fruits. Well defined, subtly rounded with expressive flavours. The fruit progressively emerges to reveal a finely balanced champagne displaying great length on the finish.
