Under the purplish red colour, the nose is intense and complex. Enjoy this dry, full-bodied and woody red featuring refreshing acidity. On the palate, it showcases fleshy tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.

A leader among Chilean Cabernets, aged for 12 months in French fine grain Allier oak barrels. Intense ruby color, with blackcurrant, chocolate and cigar box aromas; balanced with well-integrated oak. Great complexity of flavors in the mouth; mid-palate is full-bodied and balanced, with remarkably long finish. A ruby red, deep-colored wine. On the nose it’ s an elegant, complex and intense wine with violets and red fruits, evocations of blackberry, chocolate, black pepper and cigar box aromas while its affinity with oak lends vanilla and coffee notes, producing a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class. A really outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended with red meats, Mongolian beef, pork ribs, spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, pan-roasted veal chops with cabernet sauce, dark chocolate.

One of the Colchagua Valley’s most respected wineries, Montes’ elegant Alpha Cab shows why this is premier red wine country with its plush fruit and supple, integrated mocha and toasty oak. Blended with 10% Merlot, this wine has a lifted floral bouquet with raspberry wine gums and wild strawberry. Vin de teinte rouge violacé profond. Nez exubérant s'ouvrant sur des notes boisées et végétales. Il est également marqué par des arômes de cassis, de mûre, d'épices, d'eucalyptus et de torréfaction. Laissant percevoir une bonne acidité ce rouge est doté de tannins charnus. La bouche d'une texture ample se termine dans une finale persistante.
