Vin de teinte jaune paille profond avec des bulles fines et persistantes. Nez puissant s'ouvrant sur des parfums dominants de mandarine. Le tout est également agrémenté par des effluves de praline et de jasmin. Laissez-vous charmer par ce blanc mousseux manifestant une très grande fraîcheur. En rétro olfaction, il s'affirme par des flaveurs de pomme mûre. En bouche, sa texture ample précède une finale assez persistante.
