Robe de couleur rubis profond. Nez assez puissant qui s'ouvre sur des effluves de thym, de réglisse, de fruits noirs mûrs et de tabac. À cela s'ajoutent de subtils effluves de bois. Ce rouge sec possède une acidité rafraîchissante et est pourvu de tannins étoffés. Fidèle aux parfums perçus à l'olfaction, il s'affirme par des saveurs de fruits noirs mûrs et d'épices.

Made to accentuate the high-toned, delightful fruits of Sonoma County's vineyards, this wine offers many layers, featuring aromas and flavors of red cherry, plum and blackberry fruit with an underlying dry creek dustiness. The round, full mouthfeel has just enough structure to lead it into a fruit focused finish.

This wine has ripe flavors of black plum jam and black currant, a reflection of the warmer vintage. Hints of oak and a touch of baking spice support the fruit.

The Cabernet Sauvignon brings together the unique characteristics of each vineyard for a superbly balanced wine. Fresh red plum and blackberry jam aromas and flavours are supported by caramelized and toasted oak notes. A round, full mouth with a fruit-focused finish.
