Tasting note

Medium dark ruby colour; ripe spicy aromas, with currant, plum, christmas cake, nutmeg and allspice notes; sweet, full bodied, with plum and spicy, red cherry flavours.

During the ageing process, the wines are tasted regularly and, when the tasters consider them to be ready, are blended with all the care of a premium quality Port, but bottled ready for immediate consumption.

It's bright raspberry and cherry flavors marry well with cocoa power and mineral notes with the drier finish characteristic of Dow's Ports.
