Tasting note

Earthy peat, then a fruity salty combination and huge iodine and black pepper feeling that runs all the way through the initial phase of Cairdeas 2015. The never ending peaty tones move slightly into a liquorice toffee note and it really has amazing depth and balance between the peat, fruit and dry flavours and the Sherried finish.
