Tasting note

Bulzai is a Nama-chozo sake. This refers to it being un-pasteurized until the bottling stage, which creates zestiness to the mouth feel. There are refreshing aromas of bananas and tropical fruit. The finish offers hints of licorice and white pepper over stone-driven mineral notes. It is best served chilled with a wide range of appetizers and fish dishes.
