Tasting note
Bright amber colour; aromas of orange peel, lemon, caramel, cereal and floral hops; on the palate it is dry and mildly carbonated with flavours of orange blossom, floral, coriander seed and toasted barley.
Alexander Keith's Galaxy Hop Ale is a 100% all malt brew utilizing a blend of high quality domestic malts and caramel malt. It is fermented using our proprietary Alexander Keith's Ale yeast and is then dry hopped in aging to accentuate the unique characteristics of this Australian hop.
