Our award-winning Doppelbock is brewed in celebration of the arrival of spring. By way of our "Triple Decoction" process we achieve its bold stature with an intense malt aroma and deep, complex flavours of caramel and plum. The appearance is a burnished copper with a lingering creamy head. Spring Bock ages well for up to one year, or it can be enjoyed immediately. Pair with Limburger or Chaumes cheese, roasted pork and duck or German chocolate cake.
