Tasting note

This beer is a hazy copper colour, with a long-lasting and lacy head; aromas of toasted grains and fresh-baked banana bread with notes of citrus and spice; medium-bodied with soft carbonation and a medium length finish; flavours of banana, toffee and spice are balanced by hoppy bitterness which builds to the finish.

The malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of banana. The flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and smart crispness, which balances the aroma perfectly. It is tropically fruity, with a hint of bitterness and finishes with a steely dryness
