Tasting note

Spicy, earthy with notes of Thyme. Medium to full body with pronounced British hop flavour and nose with a nice bitter bite and a clean finish. Pairs well with spicy foods, curry, grilled lamb, and smoked meat as well as blue cheese. Also fabulous with carrot cake for dessert.
