Pale gold with copper highlights; nutty, malt, vanilla and hoppy aromas; extra-dry, medium body with malt, hops, honey and biscuit flavours that are well balanced.

Copper coloured, medium bodied Ale. The perfect balance of five different malts and hand selected hops. Predominant toffeeish chewy malt profile is balanced with distinct citrus and earthy hop aromas. Pair with creole dishes, cassoulet, earthy cheeses.
