Tasting note

This decadent stout pours an opaque dark brown colour with a thick layer of tan coloured foam; the aromas are bursting with rich milk chocolate, malt and cocoa nib notes; rich and luxurious on the palate with creamy texture and the right amount of bitterness to provide balance; simply delicious.

Espresso notes and the toasty tobacco aromas are part of the cacao beans' roasting as well as the profile of the chocolate malt in this ruby-lit, burnt umber bodied beer topped with fine cafe au lait lacing. Lactose sweetness gives The Manifesto the heavenly body of a milk stout and the indulgence we crave in chocolate.
