Tasting note

Hops emerge from the dark in this unique ale. It balances dark-roasted malts with a blend of Pacific Northwest hops known as Falconer’ s Flight®. This beer style could also be described as a dark India Pale Ale. Caramel and roasted malt character complement hearty flavours in foods, while the hop bitterness helps balance richer, fatty flavours. Pairs well with grilled or braised red meat, like smoked brisket or barbecued prime rib.
