Colour: Copper SMELL : Lots of tart red fruit with sweet biscuit malt Taste : Full bodied and interesting. Soft hoppy bitterness, red cherries and maple syrup. Finish : Rich and full with lots of caramel and soft fruits

Strong, sweet and full bodied, we matured this Limited Edition Innis & Gunn over Canadian Black Cherrywood and then finished it before bottling with a touch of maple syrup to give it a sweet, toasty twist.
