Tasting note

Medium copper colour; aromas of toasted bread, caramel, candied orange and floral, leafy hops; on the palate it is medium bodied and moderately carbonated, with flavours of caramel malt, toffee, dried fruit and a bitter hop finish.

TROOPER is a deep golden ale with citric hop notes and dominating malt flavours with a subtle hint of lemon. Real depth of character with complex hop notes using a combination of Goldings, Bobec and Cascade Hops.
