Tasting note

Medium red amber colour with light head; aromas of light malt, sweet dark fruit, raisins, rum, burnt sugar and spices; off-dry, medium bodied, rich and creamy mouthfeel, with flavours of pear, liquorice, with candied dark fruit and hints of wood on the finish.
