First made at our brewpub located on an old portage route on the Ottawa River, Portage Ale is a thirst quenching Cream Ale brewed with soft water, Canadian malt, 3 varieties of hops and cold aged with lager yeast for incredible smoothness Spring Thaw Deep amber in colour and made with lightly smoked malt and maple syrup from the Madawaska Valley in Ontario, this beer will break the ice and wrap you in warmth at the end of a long winter.
