Tasting note

Clear amber colour with a light head; aromas of caramel, roasted nuts and citrus hops; medium-bodied and well carbonated, with smoke, caramel, and refreshingly bitter hops flavours; the finish is long, creamy and spicy.

In the style of a German Maibock, using our proprietary Pacman ale yeast. Deep honey in colour with a malty aroma and a rich hearty flavour. Try it with pork or hot and spicy dishes.
