Bock - Brewed with pale ale, Munich malts and imported hallertau hops. This brew boasts rich caramel, toffee and malt aromas with a full body. A brown liquid with auburn highlights and creamy off-white head. Honey Brown Lager - Boasting a rich copper colour with a creamy, off-white foam, creating a full-bodied lager with a touch of natural honey and a slightly sweet finish. The distinctive clover honey notes in this fine brew accent the aromas of toasted grain and caramel. Cream Ale - Made from a variety of five imported hops. With an authentic North American style that combines the easy drinking nature of a lager and the rich fruity character of an ale, our Cream Ale has rich golden hue. You’ ll notice a slight fruity aroma, pear or apple, with this medium-bodied, very well-balanced ale. Silver Creek - Pilsner style with a very clean finish, with a golden colour with an ample white foam collar, along with balanced malt sweetness.
