Medium straw; complex aromas of citrus peel, cardamom and cinnamon; medium bodied, with exotic spicy flavours.

Unibroue’s first ale with a second fermentation in the bottle. It is brewed from a blend of pale barley malt, wheat malt and non-malted wheat to which we have added spices and hops. Enjoy this beer before a meal or during a picnic. It’s also a perfect refreshment during a barbecue. The Blanche de Chambly has a pale golden colour, brilliant foam and a bouquet of spices and citrus.
