Tasting note

Medium yellow amber colour with a frothy head; delicate aromas of light caramel, floral hops and sweet malt with light earthy notes, along with hints of citrus and herb; dry, light to medium bodied, with fine carbonation and a creamy palate, flavours of sweet grainy malt, leafy hops and caramel with notes of citrus and herb on the lightly bitter finish.

Waterloo IPA is a distinctively Canadian IPA that combines the citrus and floral hop aroma of American IPAs with the sweetness, body and finish of British-style India Pale Ales.
