Tasting note

Cloudy, golden amber, thick persistent mousse; aromas of banana, lemon zest, orange blossom; dry, medium bodied, crisp, dried citrus and floral flavours, mildly bitter finish.

A cloudy wheat beer with a smooth malt background, wonderfully rich yeast flavours, spicy, with fruity banana overtones. Pair with salads, crab, lobster and pork.

Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have overly intense flavours, especially that Bavarian specialty 'Weisswurst' or white sausage.
