Tasting note

Aged in Oloroso Sherry butts, some of the most precious in use, to create a medium amber dram that is fragrant with fruity notes of red apple. The sherry character is balanced with rich chocolate, toffee, cinnamon and ginger spiciness on the palate and finishes with warming and lingering, sweet/slightly spicy replays.

Good Sherried body with fruity aromas. Very soft and rounded with fruity notes.
