Tasting note

Tawny in colour, with copper highlights; on the nose, notes of cooked fruit, cocoa, toffee, orange liqueur and Oloroso Sherry; On the palate, a hint of brine accentuates the rich, sweet character; chocolate and toffee flavours, with well-integrated alcohol and mouthcoating texture; the finish is long and complex.

Soft flavours of cream, peach and hints of ripe apricots are balanced by notes of chocolate and orange zest. Liquorice, honey and oak emerge leading to a long, smooth finish.
