Aged in charred oak barrels to give an extra dimension of smokiness. The nose is rich and oaky with a hint of smoke and background notes of dried fruits. On the palate, a robust flavour with a punch of maple and honey followed by vanilla and caramel. The finish is slightly sweet and peppery.

Try making a Bacardi Oakheart & Coke: Fill a stein glass with ice cubes and pour in 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum, 4 oz (120 ml) cola.
