Tasting note

Japanese Sencha and Chinese Green teas along with 12 hand-selected botanicals are used to create the unique profile of this gin. The nose is intensely fragrant with lime, grapefruit, coriander and juniper aromas; the palate is dry and crisp with citrus and floral flavours layered and repeating on a long/elegant finish.

The 12 natural ingredients are sourced from around the world. Hand-prepared grapefruit and Seville orange peel add a tangy note to the aromatic influence of Japanese and Chinese teas. A more citrussy, softer, contemporary style of gin. Long on taste and fragrantly upbeat.
