Tasting note

The whisky is a limpid, very pale lemon colour; on the nose ripe pear and toasted nuts are highlighted against a background of peat smoke; the palate opens with sweet and malty notes, then the flavours become quite warm and smoky; the long finish is punctuated by peat smoke and oak.
