Tasting note

Diverse barrel maturation in bourbon and sherry casks plus finishing in Oloroso casks adds layers of complexity to this indulgent dram; pours like liquid gold with aromas of malted barley, pine, sherry, dried fruit and hints of peat smoke; fruitier on the palate with creamy malt texture and delicate smoke on a long finish.

Golden colour. The nose has rich sherry influence with fruit & nut chocolate and delicate spice - cinnamon. Fresh green apples, with a malty, digestive biscuit note and light peat smoke in the background. Delicious forest fruits on the palate, raspberries and brambles, sherry malt creaminess with a stronger peat influence.
