Tasting note
This is comprised of 99% 11 Years Old Blair Athol Single Malt Scotch from a single cask, blended with 1% 12 Years Old Canadian Single Malt Whisky. The resulting marriage delivers a nose of pears and smoke with an intriguing suggestion of peppermint. The palate is full bodied and well rounded, offering nice complexity throughout the lengthy finish. Only 384 bottles produced.
