Deep dark amber colour; aromas of spice, burnt sugar, fig, raisin and milk chocolate, with sherry, smoke and burnt coffee notes; off-dry, medium to full bodied, flavours of dried fruit, dark spice and smoke, with pepper, mocha-chocolate and vanilla notes.

The softness found on the nose is continued on the palate. The sweetness is cleverly controlled and when the Fisherman’s Friend personality arrives, it is quietly muffled by a combination of silky grape, teasing spice and melting muscovado sugars.
