Tasting note

Deep golden-amber hue. Rich and complex with bittersweet citric notes, lilacs, spices, fresh-cut wood, soft corn, and hot pepper.

Made as a small batch whisky it is mellow with a flavor of soft corn leading the way. Butterscotch, and a honeyed oaky spice. Earthy flavor similar to the underlying flavor of a Tennessee Corn Whisky
