Tasting note

Bright antique gold with coppery highlights; complex aromas of buttery toffee, mineral and a hint of peat; dry and medium bodied, with a slightly astringent mouthfeel; tangy, smoky notes are accentuated with spice and a distinct briny edge.

Aromas of sea spray, iodine, cattail reeds and autumn leaves accented by a touch of butterscotch. Smoky and warm in the mouth with echoes of sea spray. A splash of water unleashes waves of butterscotch and sponge toffee character. Long, layered finish.
