Tasting note
Medium amber in colour; the bouquet is pronounced with aromas of orange peel, caramel, toffee and toasted oak; the palate is extra-dry and rich with the same delicious flavours detected on the nose.
Courvoisier Cognac VS is a blend of cognacs between 4 and 7 years old from the Fin Bois area which supplies fruity notes and some petit champagne, which provides depth. These are the best areas or Crus to use for VS which is aged for less time than the other marques in the Courvoisier Cognac family.
Golden amber colour; toasty caramel aromas; smooth on the palate with vanilla and spice flavours, long finish.
This classy Cognac is elegant and harmonious with enticing notes of toffee, dried orange peel, stewed prunes and a lightly spicy oaky aftertaste.
