Tasting note

Vibrant pink-violet colour; sensual aromatics of fresh field berries, cassis, violet petals and subtle vanilla; on the palate it is smooth and luscious, with flavours of cassis, wild strawberry, blackberry, potpourri and vanilla cream that linger on a long finish.

Crème Yvette is a blend of four berry fruits: mûre, framboise, cassis, and fraise sauvage — blended with dried violet petals from Provence. As a final touch, we add a touch of honey and orange peel. The primary tasting notes are intense, rich berry fruits matched with the depth and sophistication of a subtle botanical overtone.
