Tasting note

Aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in new oak for a zesty character and complexity. Pale gold in colour; aromas of sweet barley, caramel and citrus; the palate is dry with citrus peel, lemon, crisp apple and vanilla spice followed by a lengthy finish that explodes with honey and sweet honey.

Colour: Medium Amber. Nose: Light lemon zest, sweet barley, sugar, hints of apple and nutmeg. Body: Candied fruits with vanilla, toffee, and honey. Finish: Lightly spice, with a burst of honeyed malt and sweet oak.
