Tasting note

Deep Amber colour and Rich/ Full Fruity nose blending together Sultana and raisins with a hint of Scottish Heather, forming a perfectly balanced mellow whiskey. A rich fruity sweetness giving way to well rounded warm mouth feel with just a hint of Oak. A rounded medium to full bodied whiskey with a long, full flavoured lingering finish.

Succulent honey, toffee apples, and crumbly fudge. Juicy sultanas and fresh citrus with a wisp of vanilla. Melted caramel, fold in slowly with traces of oak.
