Tasting note

Made with 100 per cent Ontario rye in small batches and not aged in Oak, this spirit offers the full expression of the grain. The nose is fragrant with cinnamon, cocoa, and light tropical fruit; the palate is soft with pleasant spicy character balancing under ripe banana and stone fruit character followed by a clean finish.
