Deep amber colour; rich raisin, fig and vanilla sherry nose with burnt sugar notes; very smooth with rich demerara sugar and Christmas spice flavours with sweet, creamy sherried notes.

Deep mahogany in colour, Dos Maderas boasts pure aromas of black licorice, molasses and chocolate pecan pie. These follow through to a supple entry with an off-dry medium-to-full-body and good depth. Cinnamon-raisin toast, toasted almond, peppery spice and delicate sherry accent the finish. An interesting and fun rum.
