Tasting note
Produced in historic wooden pot stills that impart unique and mildly fruity characteristics; this rum is complex with notes of caramel, brown butter, candied nuts, dried stone fruit and nutmeg on a warming and long finish.
El Dorado 8 is a unique medium-bodied rum with hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. It as a faint aroma of dried stone fruit and flambéed banana, soft and faintly sweet mouth; with traces of oak and caramel. Distinctly smooth.
