Tasting note

Medium amber; sweet cherry, plum, orange and strawberry aromas; sweet light flavour, smooth

Nose: orange-blossom, anise and tropical spice perfume with powerful concentrated aromas of rancio, orange zest and sweet smoky vanilla. Palate: dried tropical fruit, sweet caramel and toasted brown spice introduce the palate to the warming flavours of rich, mellow, oak.

Distilled and aged to demonstrate finesse and delicacy of California brandy. Loads of fruit and varietal grape flavors dominate, with a light balance of butterscotch and vanilla notes recovered from carefully selected barrels used in aging, lightly bodied with a crisp, clean finish.
