Specially selected virgin Spanish and American oak casks release extra layers of aroma and flavour in this whisky. Pouring medium amber, expect aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla, new oak and a touch of orange peel; warm oaky flavours with toffee and creamy vanilla on a smooth palate are balanced by a lightly spiced finish.

We bring a completely original finish to single malt Scotch whisky. After 14 years maturing in fine Spanish oak and American Bourbon casks, our Malt Master carefully selects virgin Spanish and American oak casks to release extra layers of aroma and flavour into our whisky. With precision timing and handling he allows just the right amount of sweet vanilla, soft toffee, spice and gentle nutty notes to come through.
