Nectar d'or: Palate: Body like liquid gold. Attack is heavy with clover honey, in both flavour and firmness of texture. It tastes like a glass of dessert wine on fire. When developing, some spiciness, cinnamon or nutmeg and vanilla. Finish is medium long with more cereal notes. A lingering ghost of spice - vanilla chai. Also some toffee. LaSanta: The full, sweet flavour typical of Spanish sherry with sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butter toffee. The bite of hazelnut tasted through a chocolate coating, spice notes and hints of leather add the overwhelming sense of richness. Quinta Ruban: Dark mint chocolate, tangerines and Seville oranges mingle with sandalwood and walnut before giving way to a spicy finish of pepper and nutmeg. On the palate, mint chocolate and walnuts envelop the palate like velvet, laying the foundations for rose, Turkish delight and sweet Seville oranges. The finish is long lasting silky aftertaste leaving dark chocolate mints and traces of orange.
