Tasting note

Clear deep amber; aromas of candied orange peel, lemon zest, cinnamon, clove and a hint of caramel; on the palate it is sweet and luxurious with flavours of marmalade, cinnamon, raisins and cognac.

A complex & subtle balance between the characteristic flavors of old XO Cognac - dried fruit, gingerbread, nutmeg, roasted coffee, honey, and caramelized orange. We slightly decreased the level of sugar to meet amateur's expectation for less sweet spirit.
