Tasting note

This has been further aged for an additional four months in oak casks which previously held Oloroso sherry resulting in a warm, peaty and velvety finish and a truly distinctive profile. It pours a rich amber in colour and offers aromas/flavours of nuts, honey, vanilla and a soft and supple palate.

Sherry, oak and smokiness. We take our award winning Family Reserve and mature it for a some extra time in Oloroso Sherry Casks. This brings additional layers of all spice, nuttiness and warm leather notes.

Our Master Blender and his team handpick each Spanish Oloroso sherry cask before filling it with aged Grant’s whisky. Here it is left for up to four months to acquire the rich flavours of dried fruit, warm spice and sweet honey.
