Tasting note

This whiskey is bright pale gold in colour; very aromatic, with notes of ripe pear, grain, caramel and hints of citrus; on the palate, the spirit is velvety, smooth and sweet, with a round, mouth-coating texture; light to medium in body, with sweet toasty oak, caramel, vanilla and spicy notes persisting on a lengthy finish.

Nose: Fresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood. Taste: Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. Finish: Lingering flavours of spices and barley.
