Tasting note

Aging for three times the minimum aging requirement imparts a rich gold/amber colour; the nose exhibits aromas of sweet vanilla, corn and toasted oak; smooth and rich, slightly sweet, the palate delivers flavours of roasted corn, vanilla and fine oak and a long, satisfying finish.

Sweet notes of caramel and yellow fruit on the nose. Aeration reveals tobacco leaf, oak resin and cereal. Entry is semisweet and mildly grainy on the palate. The finish has dry flavours of toasted grain and oak. Aged 6 years.

Exceptionally smooth and full bodied flavour with soft caramel and warm oak notes.
